America didn't develop this kid. He was a kid from Russia who learned jazz on his own listening to Oscar Peterson records and others. His family immigrated to the US in his mid-teens to get him closer to jazz, but, unfortunately didn't know that Jazz is more in vogue in Europe..
Just like Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake would play it. They should be flipping burgers at McDonalds while this kid rakes in millions. What an ass backwards culture America has developed. God bless this kid! Keep jazz alive!
