Flick's Bayern literally had the greatest year in the history of club football and won the sextuple. This isn't a question
Not the greatest year. Any of barcas treble/sextuple seasons are better. Bayern only faced 1 good team in the CL,and there werent any 2 legged ties. Barca in 2008/09 son the sextuple with better players,better style of football better manager. Barca in 2010/11 was literally the greatest team ever from a footballing perspective,the domination was unreal from them. They made english champions manu look like they had no clue how to play football. And 14/15 barca faced the champions of england,the champions of italy,the champions of germany,and beat them all convincingly.

In numbers Naglesmann is better but in terms of performance and end results Bayern was better under Flick

Under flick they also had better chances. The wingplay offered low crosses and faster ball movement with switching sides very often. If you cant break through the middle like under nagelsman (even harder with a low block) you need to whipp crosses and lewa and muller are not such towering strikers for this kind of stuff

Could of sworn the reason Hansi left Bayern was because Hasan Salihamidžić (Sporting Director) kept interfering
By that I mean bought players hansi never wanted, sold players hansi wanted to keep and gave contracts to players that hansi also had no interest in keeping

To be fair I’m sorta happy hansi flick took over Germany, they have lost the run of themselves under Joachim Lowe and did need a change

I respect Nagelsmann but Hansi Flick's Bayern was a force of nature. In my life I have never seen a team as dominant as they were, they steamrolled other teams every matchday.
Flick's Bayern would give Guardiola's Barcelona a run for their money.

Also, no offense to nagelsmann, but i think flick is better by a margin.
Flick didn't inherit a sixtable winner team. Also most of the teams flick faced were already established projects, not like julian when the most difficult challenge he faced was against villareal.
And let's not forget the fact that flick's team didn't even take a well deserved rest/vacation(?) for 2 seasons.
To be fair, first season should be harder for managers so the comparison is beneficial to Flick

@@jkf-gamer2324 Flicks sextuple winning squad was one of a kind , we all know that. What happened from there is the degradation of the squad , Thiago , alaba , boateng , Javi etc . We can't forgot that Coutinho and Perisic was also there. Next year itself flick even had got many issues in the squad especially squad depth. Coming to Naglesmann squad it's even become more tight and inexperienced. We lost boateng , Alaba and Javi Martinez most experienced one's from the defensive unit itself. Still he managed to get a better defensive records. Also Julian is way different than flicks style and it's a fact in modern style managers will slowly adapt their own systems to the team. So let's wait to see what naglesmann is having and expecting the FCB management will give the enough source for his squad to get better performance.

Both versions of bayern are miles better than what they are playing under tuchel
Bayern under nagelsman is more creative and effective in the attack but luck defense stability probably because of the lost if alaba, Thiago and boateng. Also flick was using a very high defense with constant pressure and a lot of ball possession. In the opposite direction nagelsman uses less possession and more fast and direct count attacks with less pressure again because he luck defense stability but I hope that they will make a lot of good transfers this summer. Nagelsmann was very good at the first half of the season, things started going awful during the second half both internally in the board and the players attitudes. Nagelsmann came at the wrong time.

Hansi Flicks Bayern were litteraly the Best, they won everything they could with one perfect season! But what most of you don´t recognize...there wasn´t this much side hustle as of now! With Nagelsmann they started in a complete different season set-up...defense gone...the new one had to gain experience...Upa is very young also. Nagelsmann had to implement and try out some really young folks...and different tactics which come with this. You can´t compare them one on one bc it was´nt the exact same team! Under Nagelsmann the direction is clear, it goes up! And I´m excited to see how the team will perform next season! With still a lot of side hustle, but a better grown together team...I love Hansi Flick and I´m soo pleased he got the chance to become Bundestrainer, now we have a good chance to win again with our nations team and I´m excited to see whats next! He is in a better fitting place for him right now! He can choose his players freely based on performance, he has the knowledge to choose wisely and knows how to play top-level football! I think it was a win-win situation for all of us.

Well under Kovac we got knocked out by Liverpool which won the CL that season and not Villareal, Kovac have won 5-0 against BVB and he have won the DFB Pokal. he won the double in his first season which Nagelsmann didn’t. So idk really what to say

Naglesmann is a great Manager but Hansi Flick is legendary. Just look at what he’s done as the international manager for Deutschland. Germany old coach helped them win a World Cup, but should have been out way before he was finally replaced but tbh I think that was just because they didn’t have the right replacement. FC Bayern is my favorite team, I’m an American with a German step mother and I root for Germanys national team but I’ll always be a USMNT fan over all. If tomorrow I was told Flick was our manager I would be ecstatic. Easily the best manager in the world.
Well, we can't compare Flick and Nagelsmann.Flick was good cause he accomplished his vision by SIGNING all the players he had wanted & commanding the defense to be united ... Nagelsmann makes them play way physically, and offensively. Even defenders are sometimes near the oppositions box under Nagelsmann... In terms of high intensity pressure winning the ball high up the pitch and humiliating their opponents with huge scorelines like 8-0 win to schalke 04 hansi flick is much better than Julian nagelsmann so I prefer hansi flick than Julian nagelsmann. The reason why lewandoski wants to leave is because he said he doesn't like Julian nagelsmann game plan.and he wants to join Barcelona a team that they are going into bankruptcy and they are struggling financially. That is another reason I prefer hansi flick rather than Julian nagelsmann.
only way to judge is how both got knocked out of UCL
under Flick in 20/21 we got knocked out by PSG on away goals, when the most two decisive players were injured, no depth in the squad, and playing with defensively horrible CBs ( Boateng, Alaba, Süle ) who made unforgivable mistakes. only way PSG qualified is by parking the bus and Navas Masterclass.
under Naglesmann, we had a Full squad, slightly better depth in the squad, and way better defensively CBs ( Upamecano and Hernandez ), Bayern had the best attack - statically speaking - in Europe, but got knocked out by Villarreal which in both Legs had only TWO shots on Neuer's goal. Both shots made it to the back of the net. Bayern couldn't dismantle their defence at all, even the only Bayern goal was when their defence got out of their zone.
Next season for Bayern isn't promising to me, even with all the great signings, since the issue in my opinion is Naglesmann's tactics, they have the SAME vibes of Pep's tactics, this is very concerning, Bayern's squad ONLY needs decisiveness in the pitch. That's Why Flick > Naglesmann ( i hope deep in my heart that Julian prove me wrong in the future )
