A warm up should last for a minimum of 15 minutes. By the end of the warm up, an athlete should feel as if they have just played 1 quarter of the game. All exercises should be completed prior to sport specific and team work drills you incorporate into your warm up before training and games.

Walking Lunges - 1:22
Single Leg Calf Raises - 1:35
Walking Lunges into Calf Raises - 1:53

This is a great thing to do. First Lateral Highknees,Second Glute Kicks,etc.

the ankle is a super important thing. All good but when they they do knees up, they really need to flex the tows. or else it is really easy to spring your ankle
