I watched another video that said that it was made only a few times a year at Nittoho Tatara in Okuizumo and supplied only to certain makers. But this looks like a private tatara. is that correct? The method looks similar and the results should also be similar? Thank you.

硬過ぎて研ぎ屋ですら嫌がるレベル、料理人ですら綺麗に研ぎきらん
