Print on demand is definitely competitive but you should be looking at high AOV products and a unique niche to set yourself apart.

I noted your top label for the lemon scrub on this video intro. I donât know if you want to alter it after the following 50, but maybe you can edit instead and replace with i.e. âAn amazingly powerful, lemon scented domestic and commercial cleaning scrubâ , so as to make the product usage clear. By the way thank you sincerely, I am learning a great deal, you are down to earth, entertaining, and not at all boring. P.S. I also like your framed picture of the pooch in the background. đđ

another good nice to have app is "page speed optimizer", which delays the loading of some unnecessary scripts, making the page load speed faster and therefore increasing SEO a bit.. also the mentioned "gem Page" app does increase page load speed by a good bit, so if you dont need extra page design optimization and your theme is enough dont use it if you dont have to. at least thats what i heard from others using it...
Page speed is important and that is a great recommendation. Ideally we want to limit all the apps we have as that is only going to slow the website down and it is better to have someone with versatility in shopify code to improve the website speed.

using gtmetrix is a great way to see where your store is struggling. Otherwise you can simply check with the google speed checker.

With product presentation, do you recommend always ordering a sample so that you can take the photos you would like for your website? And do you think that you should always target your ecommerce business at your own country when getting off the ground. Cheers, keep it up
Getting your own samples allows you to create your own content as well as theme up your website accordingly! Depending on what your supplier allows, you can do either.
Davie! Do you use any other apps like HotJar to track a customers flow and clicks through the websites? Would love to hear your thoughts on that and how you track customer sessions! đ
Hotjar or Lucky Orange are two good methods to identify where your visitors may be falling off or to identify any gaps in your funnel.
Is there a checklist of plugins and things like google analytics for building a drop shipping website
You can go through the video and create your own checklist! There really is no right or wrong and it comes down to preferences and needs to run your shopify store.

Using a 3PL helps solve this issue. They handle it all for you as long as it integrates with shopify

You have multiple options and it's up to you which you would like to use. Post Script is just the app of choice we use for our brands.

Great tips although Shopifyâs built in email marketing system is really solid and itâs free.
Shopify is a great starting set up, but does not have the advanced features that Klaviyo provides in the eCom space. But as a beginner, you can definitely start off with shopify email set up until you require the upgrade.

If your audience size is too small, try adding in more similar interests that have a higher audience size or increasing the number of countries targetted.

it seems like those are all apps useful to optimize an already well running store. We've created a nice looking store with good products, some of those products well below the price of any competitors but our conversion rate is 0,2% at 500 visitors per month. I am constantly rummaging the internet to find answers/ ways to fix the issue
It could be your advertising message or not being able to convey the need to make the conversion of your products. There are too many factors that make it difficult to answer, but I would start there.

There's so many integrated into themes and separate apps themselves! Best bet is to type it in the shopify app store, and pick from one of the top recommendations and see if it fits your theme setup.

I sell a product for 30$ that I get for 20$.
I charge for shipping if the price is under 150$ I would always get 1 or 2 items bought then I picked up sales upwards of 5-8 items once I offered free shipping over 150$. What is another model or something that would increase more sales?
You would ideally be looking for a product with higher margins.

The price of these apps are way too high
Only some of them. I would suggest to use similar free apps until you scale if you donât have the budget.

Generally everything on The Oodie is custom coded, but it's definitely worth trying on your own brand! See if it suits your brand and appeals to your customer base.

There are also free options, but you pay for the versatility and functionality.
first app: $49 /month đ and you need to be on the advance Shopify plan @ $299 /month đ„Čc'mon dude.
This is at a higher level, but there are free alternatives too with lesser functions
