I’m starting with POD to start rapping my head around the process, looking at what others are selling, what trends are happening and also the gaps in the market. I think it’s just a matter of time and choosing wisely who guides/ mentors you. I’m just walking into the unknown but seems to come naturally of how to progress. the most important part for me was to just do it and don’t worry and about the income but the outcome to get the income.😊 There is allot to learn and the process isn’t always clear cut what ever is being thrown at me I find solutions to them. I’m sure with time I will get there and taking the things that work and trim as I go. Great vid my friend! Wishing everyone the best, including myself!😂

Hey Davie! As always, dropping bombs of knowledge. One thing tho, isn´t the MER explanation part of the video wrong? I think you mean to say MER = Ad cost / Revenue, not the other way around, because then you come to explain the example, when MER is 25%, 25.000usd/100.000usd. Thank you love your advice and tips for beginners. In 2020 2021 during the hight of the pandemic I spent most of my time in the wild bush on an island shooting photos of nature mostly flowers with my cell phone. 2022
I decided why not put some of my photos on a few objects.
I have a big set back because I am not very technology savvy.
I have so much to learn! I have a few orders I don't want to give up. So staying in the game and trying to learn as much as I can. I play your videos a lot they are very helpful. Peace!

Facebook and instagram are by far still the best platforms for scaling your business the most consistently.

@@seffdog1177 That's just revenue, not a full picture T_T Big numbers like that mean nothing if you can't scale profitably.
@@binhbentleydang2863 Yeah same here, revenue means nothing man. Like 3 million with a margin of 10-20% is around 500-600k only.
@@misterdd7239 Yep yep. I mean still pretty good but it's not 500-600k you can pocket, it's money that belongs to the company. Realistically you could maybe pay yourself like 100-200k at most and then the 3 mil revenue doesn't look that big.

Privy is primarily used to capture emails where you would then use Klaviyo as the email marketing platform to then send emails on the backend. They are used together!

I have just started with ecommerce and i am struggling with Google shopping ads. They keep suspending my merchant accounts although I do not violate any policies, I am not even doing Dropshipping, everything is stocked in my warehouse in Sydney.

Might be worth putting this in more detail in the Free facebook group. Google is very strict with Shopping and it might be worth seeing what your competitors are doing just to get the ball rolling.

Hi Davie! I got a question: if you have a product that will work globally, which we are all looking for, right :), how do you ensure the delivery? Eg if you want to send stuff from Australia to EU it takes time bit as well taxes, shipping costs are super high? Sure you van have a 3PL in „every country“ but in the very beginning this just impossible, isn’t it? Hope the question is clear 😂
I house products in 3PL fulfillment centres in countries with the most demand.
Did (almost) €100.000 last year. This year we are going for €175.000 and next year we are aiming for €1M. Going to be a big leap but I think we can do it

i launched a campaign a second time now and it both times it started to go well the first few days but then sales dropped and traffic increases
CVR sometimes at 5% on the good days but then just drops to around 1,5% together with ATC% etc

Triple Whale is an attribution software that is trying to assist with the lack of data caused by iOs changes in the recent years. It is primarily focused on eCommerce so not necessarily Shopify alone.
Do you go for average cogs when it varies from product to product?
If you have a lot of different products, then an average is a good idea, but eventually you will lean towards your hero product.
Hey @David do you have experience with dropshipping from domestic vendors?
IT's the exact same, except you're reaching out to domestic suppliers to sell their products and profiting the difference in what you sell it for.
Facebook doesn't allow me to advertise my product (weight loss treatment). Is it harder to grow without Facebook and Instagram ads?
You'll need to be careful with facebook policies upon weight loss as there can be false claims made.
Sir should we use 3pl service from the start of our journey
3PLs would only be considered if you have the money to fund inventory as well as house it in an external warehouse. This will cost more money compared to doing it yourself or shipping it from China as you are paying for the storage, packaging and shipping in the local country.
can you do Ecommerce well as a teenager (14 to be precise) will there be any obstacles that my age will form as a barrier?
Mainly signing up for payment platforms and proving age to access funds will be your biggest issue so might be worth signing up using your parents details if you are willing to go ahead with this.

What you call MER is what literally everyone calls ROAS
not really - MER is full funnel ROAS. ROAS is generally channel specific.
