Thank you for deep coverage and tips... One day we'll make a trip over from CA

Thanks! That's a pretty long ride. There is some great surf fishing all along the CA coastline. There is a strong population of Stripped Bass from the San Francisco Area and North. Way up North, you have sea perch and ocean run salmon as well. There are a few FaceBook Groups that focus on the Pacific Coast and the Bay Area. Plus, there are a couple of Pacific Surf fishermen on CZcams as well. Always remember, the fish are there. You just got to fish for them.

@@visualedtech Thank you John... I live in San Diego so not much of surf fishing at pier & beach but popular in Tuna Yellowtail boat fishing... I never fish up north in San Francisco but will go one day for salmon & Dungee crab... I love fishing at Sebastian and pier in Florida one day.. . By the way is there a hotel close by Sebastian inlet? I don't like driving that far but will rent a RV and stay at campsite.. Do they have that too?

I can't rock hop like I used to but will see what works. Headed there later this week and found this helpful. Haven't been to Sebstian in several years.

Hi, thanks for the info. I was thinking about driving down from Jacksonville in the morning *saturday* to fish the inlet for the first time. Now having second thoughts due to all the people.

#1 Fishing spot in Florida, arguably the best in the U.S. and possibly the World. Other inlets in Florida don't come close. Must be in the water.

Years ago, between each jetty and the ocean, there were whirlpools of slowly circulating water with trash and foam on them. They were 2 unknown spots for big Snook.

Thanks. It does get really crowded out there. I'll be on the surf side, either North or South of the jetty. Night time is the best time for big snook. Check out the Sebastian Fishing Club FaceBook page for some current info.

Amazing video! I plan on visiting there soon, can you tell me the best place to catch snook, I see alot fishing the end of jetty but I don't have a net to pull up a snook if I do catch one there.

Many anglers will net the fish for you. Nets are available in local tackle shops and Walmart has them as well. The best fishing is at night with an outgoing tide. Good Luck.

You're welcome. I only have one more of these, Part 3, to wrap up the series. I am still working on a steep learning curve in video editing. All I need to do now, is catch some fish.

Sorry that you feel that way. But, it will get worse as time goes on. Florida has 33 million people and is one of the fastest growing states. I envy you. You grew up here and enjoyed this great environment. I grew up in New York City in a tough neighborhood, served in the Navy from 1969-1972. Verbal insults are meaningless to me. We all need to work together to conserve this beauty. Considering how many more people will be moving here, we'd better work together. I don't enjoy fishing from a jetty or pier, even if there was no one out there. I prefer the beach. Simple.
