I am an artist residing in sunny, warm [humid] florida! My paintings are heavily inspired by nature and its beauty. I work primarily in oil paint, and sometimes watercolor. I prefer to work in a mostly realistic style and occasionally experiment outside of that. Lena, I have been painting for a little over a year now. Started with acrylics but switched over to oils soon after. Your videos were partly "responsible" for the switch. Thank you !! I also use glass out of picture frames for palettes. Because the edges can be irregular and sharp, I always line them with electrical tape.... (I also have a layer of thin styrofoam behind them, making the less fragile). No more cuts in my fingers !! Love your work !!
