The byzantine empire is the Eastern Roman Empire (Kaysar of room means Ceaser of Rome)
And the Persian Empire is the Sassanids (In Iran)

Isn't lafz اسم mudaaf (مضاف ) to lafz Allah in بسم اللہ ..... and mudaaf is always معرفہ
