I had the same thought! As he gets older the swimming is such a great low-impact way to exercise. It should also benefit him cognitively. Just by virtue of having something to look forward to each day.

It's amazing what doggies can get their owners to do for them. My friend has created a luxury sand pit for his rescue pooch, he loves it.
Dogs give so much pure unselfish love. They truly deserve the best we can give them. A sand pit sounds like so much fun!
