  • Living in a tiny space can be harsh on storage (especially when you DON’T have a fixed bed) but is totally manageable. We’ve been living full time in our campervan and went through 4 seasons, going from freezing mornings to boiling evenings. We go to the grocery store once a week, have plenty of clothes to last 7 days and can store paddleboards and wetsuits in our tiny Promaster 136’’.

Sieve or strainer...same thing. Usually made with mesh (plastic or metal). Tiny openings.
Colander = usually one piece (plastic or metal or ceramic) with holes drilled/stamped out of it.
For vanlife needs, the sieve/strainer would be all you need. Tho have seen collapsible colanders. Probably wouldn't use very often.

For cloths we use packing cubes. you can get different sizes on Amazon or in many big box stores. The medium and small sizes do the best. We pack the cubes and label the cube so we know what has what piece of clothing we are looking for. Also you can get different colors for his and hers. They pack tight and if we have to travel on public transport they pack easily in to a travel bag.

Yesterday I've discovered your channel and I've already watched at least 10 of your videos. 🤪 You are such a nice and funny couple! 😃
A trick for organizing your clothes: you can roll up your t-shirts (and other clothes) - they will take up less space this way in the cabinet, and it is much easier to take a t-shirt from the cabinet, from the middle of the pile, without ruining the whole pile.
(I didn't read all the comments, sorry if it has already been mentioned).
