The traditional Caesar dressing always has Worcestershire in it it’s how they do it in the restaurant where it originated from and it’s incredibly delicious.
I just love this guy. Always so kind and passionate about everything he prepares. He makes it sound so easy. Thanks Thomas!
I didn't realize making caesar dressing was this easy. No more store bought dressing for me. Thanks Thomas 😊🙏
Yeah. Easy bees, it never breaks.😮
Dude!! This is the best explanation ever of a caesar salad dressing, that's my favorite salad in the world. The real way and the short cut ingredients way. I just love it. Hugs from Chile 🇨🇱
Your videos are always the best. Always authentic recipes, straight and to the point. Thanks Thomas!
This takes me back. Thanks, Thomas! My mother made a real Caesar salad in the 60s and 70s, anchovies, raw egg and all. She used a large wooden salad bowl and our set had smaller individual wooden bowls for each of us at the table also. Before she began she rubbed garlic cloves in all the bowls -- that would sometimes be my job. I haven't had such a delicious Caesar since! This was before bottles of so-called Caesar dressing and before it became popular in restaurants in our area.
Kathleen Craig curious why you don’t follow your mom’s tradition and make it the same way? Sound delish
@@barbryll8596 Hi Barb. I did a few times in the 80s and maybe early 90s. To be honest, the majority of people I cook for would prefer the blander version. Maybe I will make it again sometime this year for the right group. :)
Your story brings back so many happy memories of my own! Th you!
Kathleen Craig lmao I have the exact same recipe of my mom
your mom was an innovator. And she knew what made meals healthy. Carry on!
Dats classy, I will make this when having guests, you are the best Thomas, thank you so much!
Love Caesar salad! This looks absolutely delicious. Thanks for sharing!
Ceaser from jojo:what?
I just dine at the original Caesar's restaurant in Tijuana last weekend. We got a Cesar salad made in our table. Very beautiful restaurant. Baked bone marrow is also one of their specialties there 😋👍❤
Speaking of bone marrow... I just had a biopsy a few months ago. I am thinking a leukemia casserole sounds good about now.
@@tribulationprepper787 but if there is Myelofibrosis it will be all tough and bland
@@Chris-hp9be LOL Yeah... Wouldn't that be an epicurean bummer! I guess I will just have to keep my CLL ridden bone marrow for now.
Wow I love that! What's the name of this restaurant?! I would love the recipe for the baked bone marrow. A friend of a friend was making bone marrow soup to help with recovering from Covid-19 this year and it worked. Its an amazing nutritive.
This was so helpful to see two different options! Excellent instructional vid! Yummm
I've been looking for a good "cheat" Caesar dressing for years. Can't wait to try it out.
May I know that "cheat" Recipe dressing?
His cheat recipe is at the end of the segment. Give it a shot. It's very good.
Thank you for sharing both methods Thomas!
Making it today. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
I love this recipe. It's so easy and delicious- I could drink it.
My sister dislikes caesar dressing, and she said that this was the best caaesar salad dressing she's ever had. Honestly, this is delicious- even better than restaurant style, table served casar salad at a steakhouse.
I was looking for this kind of dressing, and I think you made it perfectly! Thank you very much 😊
I'm love this salad! It's my standard for parties 😊
I love the option of the quick weekday version! But- so excited for the real deal recipe! Wahoo
Awesome job. Thanks for explaining everything so throughly.
Lovely and great options for the dressing!! Always coming here to look for recipes I don't know!
Thank you for all your tips, I can't wait to prepare it!

SHIIIIIZAAAAAA
Sir, you did a great job of explaining multiple facets of this recipe. There was so much stuff out there that included and did not include certain things without explaining why they were added. In some cases it seemed they were necessary instead of optional. But, thanks to this video, I can now understand them. XD Good job, sir.
the salad looks so yummy.
Caesar salad....my absolute favorite.
Great video! A few months ago, I took some inspiration from Subway and started making a Caesar chicken wrap. Everything possible, including the tortilla, is made from scratch. The dressing is made exactly the same way as it is in this video, even down to the wooden bowl, though I make thinner croutons and add tomatoes when they're available from my garden.
As a side note, one of the guys I used to work with once asked me which jarred hollandaise sauce was the best. He then laughed at the horrified expression that the thought of jarred hollandaise inspired.
Its funny bc once you start making your own fast food inspired recipes at home and start honing your cooking skills, eating out loses its appeal unless you go to a fine dining expensive place! Ive cooked for years and can no longer eat fast food and typical restaurants bc every time it tastes like garbage. Low quality ingredients etc etc. ,
It’s great that he made the classic form scratch method and the in a hurry method 😙
Amazing video!!! Thanks for all the options!
Very nice video and demonstration!! Easy to follow. Thank you!
This guy is one of the best.
I made this today. You make it look so much easier
Ugh. I could watch this guy ALL DAY!!!
So simple, so delicious
Tried it and it was a total success!
Looks very delicious and crunch. 👏🏻👏🏻
thank you so muchhh For sharing this video, absolutely this look so delicious 😋😋
Best caesar dressing I've ever had!
Thank you I made it today it was delicious
Love both techniques!
making it this week! thank you
Awesome as always.
Thomas Joseph for the win!
I will try to do that, it looks yummy yummy. Thank you for sharing this video with us.
Thomas, you are the best!
This looks divine.
Wonderful! Thanks for sharing. Easy to follow.
MANY CONGRATS AND BEST WISHES! Awesome instructions!
I love your great tips for Ceasar salad... I will certainly try it.
Just made this & its fab.
Thanks for the egg tip! 🙏🙏🙏
Delicious! We really enjoyed your recipe!
Thank you. simple steps to true fast food
Great job and fab recipe - gotta love it!
I love the details/info he is giving ; )
Bravo thank you you saved my day
Good Job! I was lucky enough to have this made tableside by a 90 year old man who worked at Caesars in Tijuana for 40 years. Of note, the Cardini bottled salad dressing available in grocery stores doesn't have a drop of Olive Oil in it and includes corn syrup! It also has an overwhelming egg taste to it! Unbelievable!!!
Thanks for sharing your recipe with us. Have a great day.
Great ideas from Great chef respect..
Love this recipe. Thanks 😊
I just made this and followed the instructions unbelievable and on point. Authentic Caesar is harder to find in cali due to litigation risk for raw eggs and the anchovy. But in the Midwest it was so good and I can’t take another mayo caesar out here again.
My smile and face lit up when he came to the cheap & easy version 😅 but he forgot the black pepper in that one!😤
Great video thank you ! 🙏🏽
AWESOME!
thank you well presented.
Thanks for The lesson
I was always taught to use a coddled egg in the
Caesar Salad Dressing... both the white and yolk... everything else exactly as you showed!
Thank you so much
Delicious thanks
Looks yummy
I tried the quick method and (to my surprise) it was an instant pleaser. I had my doubts about the mix of acidity and Worcestershire sauce and salty cheese but once in the salad the ingredients blend wonderfully.
Two points of critic: the American habit of using cups instead of grams or centiliters. Could you mention both measure systems?
The link did not connect to a recipe but to a lot of Martha Stewart links. How can I get the recipe.
Anyway: congratulations with the tone and way of presentation, clear and pleasing.
Amazing thank you !
THANKS SO MUCH! REALLY GOOD.
GREAT VIDEO!!!!
So enjoyed your ideas..great demo! Ty for the egg yolk alternative..I grew up tasting raw hamburger..licking raw eggs in cake mixes, however I'm becoming paranoid in my old age! Can not wait to ck out all of your recipes.
Nicely done!
Excellent
thanks for sharing
very good and lots of information!!
Nice demo chef!
Awesome thanks 😊
I love it
I like old school Caesar sauce 👍🏻 this is the one everyone knows and loves
Great stuff, more please
I'm not a fan of Caesar Salad in general but I'l give this recipe a try, it looks great!
Tips & Tricks was perfect Chef.
Both sound amazingly delicious!!! Trying the “weekday” version but it’s Sunday!!!😳 is that ok???? 😉😘
Amazing!
Excellent recipe. But.....we put all ingredients in the sauce into a large mouth mason jar then use an immersion blender to emulsify it. Very fast tastes the same. Also add a couple of drops of tabasco and a pinch of dried oregano. Always our favourite salad. With some chicken pieces in it we have a meal.
I made this just this week, it was awesome, an bit intimidating, but easy,,you have to emulation the anchovies! Really good dressing better than bottle, I used an half of lemon
Brilliant, thank you
I like your little food processor
Thank you!
Nice to see this! Looks great! I would add that a raw clive of garlic in a food processor goes a looong way!
If you don't like anchovies, use this sauce which is made with anchovies.
As always great informative video. This looks delicious, Thomas! Is this a new/different kitchen? Spring summer look?
Best recipe I have seen for a Ceaser
Salad. All the incredients are available in Costa Rica which is not salad friendl as a nation.
Thank a lot!!
This salad it my favourite 😋😋
Great Video!!!
thanks man preciate it!
Cayenne on croutons...yes!!!! Will try.
