  • On July 8th, Shinzo Abe was shot at Nara, Nara Prefecture, while he was deliver a speech. While he was deliver a speech outside Yamoto-Saidaiji Station, the alleged perpetrator was able to approach with several metres, despite the presence of security. At around 11:30 a.m., Abe was shot twice from behind with homemade gun resembling sawed-off, double-barrelled shotgun, and collapsed. He would later died due to the gun wounds at hospital.
    The suspect of this assassination is Tetsuya Yamagami, a former JMSDF Leading Seaman and now was arrested.
    Shinzo Abe was a Former Prime Minister of Japan, who ran a country from 26th Spetember 2006 to 26th September 2007 and second term 26th December 2012 to 16th September 2020.

    On Monday July 11th, around 8:30am (In my timezone), SD (My abbreviation for School Director) received orders from Prime Minister and Secretary of Defense, General Prayut Chan-o-cha to all National Flags within Kingdom of Thailand to be lowered down at Half-staff to tribute Former Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe after his assassination and death at July 8th.
