How much do you and J do yourself vs how much the hired contractors do? I'm under contract for a 6 unit multi plex, all bachelor suites and my fiance and I can do a lot of it ourselves too! We will definitely be hiring out the electrical.
Hey Caitlin! We do a lot ourselves and outsource work such as plastering, electrics, plumbing, roofing etc.. other than that, we’ll put our hand to tiling, flooring, kitchen fitting etc ☺️ Sounds like you have a great project! What type of works are required and how much are you looking to do yourself?
