I've recently incorporated regular sauna sessions into my routine. I try to visit the sauna a few times a week. The heat therapy has done wonders for my skin, helping to detoxify and rejuvenate it. Additionally, the time spent in the sauna has been incredibly relaxing, providing a great way to unwind and de-stress ✨

The biggest obstacle I find when trying to break free from a rut is finding the motivation to get started. One small but effective step I've found is setting very achievable goals, like committing to just five minutes of a new activity or task. Over time, these small actions add up, making it easier to tackle bigger challenges.
