  • Got some more stuff in from across the pond. Wanted to clean up the rear so replaced the passenger pegs with the exhaust hanger. Also added the ‪@dbkspecialparts‬ DBK telelever joint protection and DBK handguard sliders.

    Really nice videos for gadgets and styling options.
    Never heard of DBK guys before, but i see they have some really cool styling options for BMW R 1300 GS like those handguard sliders, fluid reservoir caps , handlebar clamps etc. in different color options. Will sure buy them all to fit my R 1300 GS when i ll order it toward the end of the year :)
    Subscribed and looking forward for more interesting stuff!

      I appreciate the kind words. It's why I like doing these videos...so I can introduce folks to different companies who mae fantastic stuff, and in some cases, much better products than the typical companies everyone is aware of. DBK, formerly called Ducabike, has been engineering some of the best parts for Ducati for years. Their quality is unmatched and hence why I am putting a bunch of Italian parts on my German motorcycle ;)

    Your bike looks like a million dollars.
    I see you also installed a Sidestand Base Extension
    I would like to receive where you bought it from, including a link to the website, thanks

      Thank you! I bought most of the DBK parts from WRS.it or Ducabikedirect.com

    Any chance you can start including links for the parts in the description? Would be super helpful.

    What are those DBK hand guards made of ? Not cast aluminum I’m guessing. They must be pretty tough to take the hit when the bike goes down hard.

      They're some kind of alloy but they seem more like a billet. Also note, these aren't guards but more like sliders. In any case, I don't think they'd ever hit the ground because of the boxer engine unless you flip the bike...in which case, you have more important problems.

    Did you just reinstall the hardware on the non-exhaust side passenger peg?

    • @MotoPapa88
      @MotoPapa88  Před 3 měsíci +1

      Nope. I kept the bolts with the passenger pegs. Didn't like the way the bolts stuck out. Just leave them without the bolts. Much cleaner.
