    i think the deep game is the “it factor” that nobody knows and regardless if u use it in basketball or any other sport. it leads to sucess

    Honestly I believe my GenZ has the most basketball potential EVER,we have so many videos and things that will help us be 10x better than our millennials as teenagers,and without you I believe I wouldn’t be as good as I am rn at all

      Maybe skills, but our gen z lacks athleticism overall cuz we eat like crap and are on gadgets all the time.

      @@mujtab8siddiqu1 the gen z I’m mainly talking about is the ones born between 2002-2007 were the more athletic ones I noticed the owns born after ran as athletic at all,when I was in 8th I noticed my group was the best thing that happened to the schools teams since we were the most athletic and we’re excelling the 9th grade teams,I’d say we’re still athletic not as athletic as the millennials in their childhood tho they played outside all day

    I am 5'6'' and born in a 3rd world country without basketball culture and no sports support...could I?? I am a triple/steals machine and can dunk btw...however due to the lack of pro leagues in my country I can't play overseas neither.

      Learn your body and find out it’s limits. If it’s too much then dial it down. Everyone is different. Sometimes more rest does better for you
