I had a problem with my left turn signal on my Harley Davidson Sportster 883 and looked on youtube for a possible answer and made a list. The first one was to switch the right turn signal bulb with the left.... bam... that was it. I cleaned the bulb contact area and switched them back and it is still working.
Thank you so much for showing the book schematic! I have a 93 Electra Glide Classic, and it is wired exactly the same as yours. I will also be wiring flashers in. The modules will n eBay for used ones are $75 and up! Thanks again!

If the left turn signal is working, then the problem is probably between the module and the light. You never checked anything with a multimeter. Patching is not a go.
u remember that one guy used these and didnt get anywhere because the module doesnt work when in a hot area of the motorcycle. and instead used a 5-6 ohm resistor to solve the problem.
I just recently had the same problems with my signal lights. It just so happened I needed a New Battery at the same time . When I replaced the Battery the signal problem went away.

The only downside to this setup is that you have to hold the turn signal button the whole time you wanted to flash
I have a 1996 and I'm trying to CZcams self teach...I'm having a little difficulty trying to find my flasher relay location.
