Recipe Beef soup, which I cooked according to my grandmother's recipe, reminds me of the taste of my childhood. Beef with vegetables is always a good and healthy product combination. How to cook soup, today I will show you my grandmother's recipe that she used to cook for me many times when I was little. The recipe for beef broth with vegetables will give you a lot of strength and vitamins, this is a very healthy dish.
Recipe and ingredients:
Chop 500 g beef.
Chop 1 carrot and 1 onion.
1 liter of water, salt and bay leaf, boil over low heat for 40 minutes.
Chop 1 carrot.
olive oil and 20 g butter.
Chop 1 onion.
Chop 2 medium potatoes.
cut into cubes 1 eggplant.
dice 1 tomato.
Chop 1 hot pepper and 2 cloves of garlic.
Chop 100 g celery.
Simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
1 tbsp tomato paste and drain the broth from the beef, cook for 10 minutes.
finely chopped boiled beef
Add salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary and thyme, 1 liter of water and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
