he is a legend......always will be ....
One of my favourite and one of the best midfielders Liverpool have ever had
He needn’t worry. He will win it as a future LFC Coach. YNWA
Classy player. Underrated in my opinion.
nobody can hate this man
What a player this guy was i loved that liverpool team and im a leeds fan. Gerrards my favorite player ever i think. Think hes going to be a top top manager aswell
what a player💖
what a legend, always will be❤️❤️
What a Legend
He could become a GREAT manager one day!
well...
And the enemy of Bayern 🙂
what a prediction
That liverpool team gerrard was in deserved a prem trophy more than any other club ever imo
Xabi’s spanish accent sounds so cool 😎
He's a great player, a true legend and a real gentleman and all that... but why does his accent sound like a mix up of american and german accents when he's spanish?:D
Maybe it sounds that way to you. If you listen to any other spanish player speak english, it will be with the same accent. Try Torres or De Gea interviews on the premier league.
Alonso has been the best tactitian over the last decade. It will be a shame to see him go.
Both arlonzo and arbeloa left LFC in their prime and had a good few years at Madrid.
Om My gosh
People can talk about Gerrard all they like, Alonso was key to liverpool's success. Whenever we played Liverpool, it was Alonso that dictated the play.
Why do you think Ferguson & Scholes said they were delighted when Liverpool sold Alonso? Also let's be honest now, I think Gerrard is a very good player but he didn't look the same when Alonso left. I'm not at all saying he was bad but his game wasn't as effective when Alonso was sold.
Which idiot honestly thought that Barry was a better player than Alonso?! 😂
kalunda I know so, you can say Gerrard made your success all you like but Alonso was the one that held that midfield together.
They were both important.
Gunner Boy Rafel Benitez the fat bastard thought that Barry was better than Alonso...And i agree with you that Gerrard didn't play to his best when Alonso left....I have never been more sad to see players leave when Alonso and Suarez left...
Chieftain Chieftain That “fat bastard” brought home our 5th European Cup. And has a flag with his face on for good reason. You’d catch a slap very quickly if you said that in the Kop. 🖕🏻
YNWA 😁💖
Back then was nearly impossible to win the spanish league if you dodnt play for madrid or barca there clubs were run different to the rest they had way way more money than everyone else its like a 2 team league
What a man. When Benitez chose Lucas and sold Xabi... The end, Rafa.
should of won the league in 09
+1 like.
First woo
legend
regret? its not like you can choose to win it or not..
Second I mean
ynwa
i would change racism out of the game
Third
first
I think for any young lad coming in to the game now they must ignore his comments about violence. football hooligans are integral to the game and have been there since the start. I always tell my children that it's important they understand what's expected of them.
Liverpool have never won the Premier League because they are not a big club. The only big clubs in England are Man Utd, Man City and Chelsea.
izdatsumcp Oh my god you are a fucking idiot. Back in 1999-2010, only Chelsea, ManUtd, Arsenal and Liverpool were "big teams", while Man City was still a mid table. If Liverpool weren't "big", then how did the get into two UCL finals and win one against one of the greatest teams to ever grace Football.
izdatsumcp Man City is as good as PSG. Both bought their success, whereas ManUtd and Liverpool got it through hard work.
You keep talking about the past and I never.
Notts Forest has won more European Cups than Chelsea so I guess they're bigger than them.
My point is (and it's easy to understand if you're not a butthurt little girl) that only those three clubs have the potential to compete and win the league. Liverpool can't, Arsenal can't. Spurs at a push might be able to but they would be punching way above their weight.
Man City, United and Chelsea is the new order.
It's not your topic: I made the original comment.
