He really is. He’s got such an insight into music from a creative perspective as well as lyrically which I find fascinating! He needs to write a poetry book or better yet an autobiography

Hands down, hearing Dani's voice this tour around was nostalgic. One of the best shows I've seen...and I've seen plenty of theirs...well balanced with older songs and new...even extra it was very cool they played their cover for Hallowed be thy name. Hoping next time they do something similar (maybe sleepless 😉) Anyway... People go and support their new stuff if you want this man around a few more years! Kudos for the interview! 👌
Just bought the album last week. Never heard one of Dani's dark rock operas I didn't like. People are always down on me for loving Cradle. And I'm in my 30s. I kind of have to hide it. In the US it's like everyone likes it hard and mosh. The Sam with Dimmu Borgir. I love them too and people don't like that here for some reason. Myself I never got into anything melodic until like 5 years ago. 🔥A Finn from Chicago🔥

13 must be a lucky number for me too, because I really love this album. Was incredible to hear some of the new songs live, the current lineup is truly fantastic. Great interview, my only complaint would be that it didn't last longer. But people are busy I guess. xD
I used to think music like cradle of filth was crazy and demonic but now I see the skill in the vocals and instrumental , the guy seems like a nice dude aswell

Since 1996 I have been hanging around with Filth's music and IMO this new album is the best album since "Bitter Suites..". This new carries some old vibes - just listen the album, and I mean LISTEN it with time.

Its like one of the good first ones - not that any after were ever bad in the slightest
i nahhh everything was good up until midian, damnation was ok then nymphetamine started a straight decline in quality. hammer of the witches to me wasn't even fully back to their better work too much focus on lindsay's singing. This stacks closer to the energy and talent of what they used to have. Dani better pray that guitarist and drummer don't run away, they have a greater mesh now than they've had in many years.
I have always enjoyed how Dani laughs at his own jokes ! 😁
I was lucky enough to meet Dani about 5 year's ago backstage, he seems like a really cool and genuine guy. It was only a few minutes but Dani's a really good guy.
Dani and Satyr (Satyricon) are similar, very thoughtful, genuine and eloquent metal geniuses.
Gotta love Dani, so down to earth.

Also pretty sure he was talking about the Sacramento show where a bunch of people didn't show up. I was there and that was the night of torrential rain and driving conditions were shit. If you don't live in Sac area, you're driving over an hour to get there which I'm sure a bunch of people decided not to do.

I love CoF but, Sad to say I didn't like This new album very much I do like the 2 singles they released but the rest of the songs sound quite boring to be honest.Nothing stood out even after listening to it 4 times since it's been out (Even bought the CD just to be a completion-ist.) I think it is good that they are able to still exist after 30 years but I haven't been into them the last 3 albums. My favorite albums are "Venus Aversa", "Midian" , " & "Dusk" I'm 20 yrs old and have been a fan of em' since 07' right after Thornography released.
