Can't backup to the iCloud? How to fix!

In this video I cover what to do if you can't backup to the iCloud. There could be a number of reasons that this is happening but there turns out to be a common problem that is really bizarre and so I show you steps to take to try to fix it. The good news to understand immediately is that your device is probably just fine, the problem is related to software or just the connection so you don't need a new device, you just need to isolate where the problem is and it's not as hard as you might think!
