JYM have made a great move having Milos working with the company, his knowledge and passion will definitely help the brand ,

Just a fantastic podcast! Milos always makes perfect sense. It's also refreshing to not have to sit through a stupid distracting ad every 30 seconds like another podcast that we all know of. Kudos to you! Wishing you all the best.

I started doing intra workout about a year ago and I believe it definitely maximizes my gainz. I use the Demo Day carbs from axe and sledge mixed the The Grind EAA’s from axe and sledge. I have tried just about every brand and Axe and Sledge seem to work the best and also taste the best!

In short Milos is just saying just saturate the bloodstream with aminos and carbs instead of waiting and depending on food to breakdown you've eaten hours ago when you can have nutrients literally ready to be absorbed in realtime

Videos such as this should have far more views if we lived in a rational world. Unfortunately, were it titled something ridiculous like: "Intra-shake of death??? The secret they don't want you to know!!!" or some other non-sensical BS it would in the tens of thousands. lol Great work as always Ron and Milos I appreciate it.

Milos is correct on the intra controversy. High level athletes always are always using specialized concoctions during games or training. I was at this level and they had us drinking during the games. No difference for bodybuilders or fitness enthusiasts that want maximum potential.

The thing is that in sports you need performance while in bodybuilding you need recovery, so for me the most important is the post meal, anabolic window or not you replinish faster you recover faster, I used to diet in low carbs fibrous my first 3 meal and after training I ate honey bread protein creatine pasta fruits and I grew and the pump was next level, offcourse milos also throws insulin intra and with amino abd sugars but that can make your stomach upset or even worse make you dizzy and stuff, so maybe it works maybe it doesn't it depends to the individual, the pump is better with the sugars though

Making the calorie surplus of protein totally make sense cause protein barely can give you fat cause one calorie is used as thermogenesis and then must be turned to glucogenesus etc etc

Lots of lads at my gym used DNP for Ibiza holidays and it seems to work a treat in terms of getting shredded really quick.
Side effects seem horrible though. Body hot all day, Yellow coloured eyes, sweating all day, lethargic etc.
Stick to cardio, clen and T3 kids.

the problem with MIlos' reasoning about the amino acids is that you are NOT building muscle during a workout. The benefits of the carbs intra-workout are for an immediate energy source during a workout, sure. And it will replenish glycogen faster, sure. But you are NOT building muscle during a workout, and probably not even right after. it will take a few hours to actually start building any tissue at all.

A gram of practice might be heavier than a ton of theory...
You are NOT building a muscle in YOUR conventional approach to training ...and that is exactly a difference that I am trying to explain - for many years...As I said in the interview HUNDREDS that actually tried - told me how grateful they are that I opened their eyes...

That so and so was doing 6 shakes and 1 meal a day and looked better then Milos himself is a lie. I have had a lot of respect for Milos. But he says that now cuz hes in the protein powder business. I cud understand 1 or 2 shakes. It reminds me of an article a pro wrote. He said even thow he was sponsored by a supplement company he and others NEVER took their meal replacement powders. He said food was more anabolic then ANY powder.
