u put one on a colony, you can then transfer items between all your storage locations supported by the mod, and it can also schedule repeating shipments... its pretty simple

For being called "Doomship Dreadnought" it has stats of high end paragon with extra guns and armor.
Also missile autoforge and only 2 missile slots that can use it, lol
