Sorry but she put crack in WCBF… I cannot stop listening to it. It’s SO good. I teared up at the mv as well 😭 I read an interesting comment that suggested it’s a double entendre for her relationship with the press and with her new relationship and not wanting to be with him because of the gossip. I also love that the Boy is Mine is basically written as the character the press has made her out to be coz her fans enjoy a bad girl anthem (think she said that in an interview the other day or something to that effect 😂) definitely my favourite album of hers for sure ❤

I think the pens and paper symbolizes divorce papers. Like maybe hesitant to sign it and hating her a little. Aka wait until you like me again meaning after the divorce is finalized and they have a better outlook on their marriage. But, again that’s just my opinion. Love this album so much I think it’s her best because of how honest and open she was on this one.

I love the way ari represents herself and her divorce situation in this album. It’s so beautiful and it’s not super negative to her ex, she always admits that there are problems with her too, just like everyone else and that it’s not just all one persons fault. Love how she says she wishes him no new pain in life and hopes he looks back fondly of their little life. It’s sweet and respectful while still telling some of the shady stuff that he did do and didn’t make it into a let’s hate Dalton album like she very well could have done lol. Surprised how much I adore this new sound. Have had the album on repeat since it came out ❤
