Hi Max. Great information here! Would you say Cloud computing is also a great part/time job in Germany?
Attention: If you're making just a bit of money with this, it's totally fine, but if you going to make over 520€ a month, you have to become a freelancer (when you are not employed) and have to pay taxes. It is very easy to become a freelancer under 18: You just have to go to the Tax office of the city, fill out a taxing test and have a permission of your parents. Then you are ready to make as much money as you can :)
Hey Max , really nice video! I was wondering if I could help you enhance Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your video to reach to a wider audience ?
hey thanks for your offer, I'm not looking for an editor right now but I will keep you in mind for the future!
Very helpful for my 2 nieces at the EU University München
Hey, your videos are amazing.

Can you please post a video on how to find accommodation in Berlin?
Glad to hear that. I'll make videos about finding accommodation in the near future
Can you please share some insights for students studying finance, like are there any student jobs availability in finance field and what can be some hard skills required as a prerequisite
Great Vid! Can you tell me how IT companies approached you? Do you have a portfolio with software projects or something similar?
They did it through my university. People from companies frequently come and do events/lectures
@@maxyoko And which uni did you study in?
@@Abhi-qi6wm I'm currently studying at the university of applied sciences in Munich
4:05 BRO TOLD THE REALITY😅😅😅
Hi pls reply to my query. Can we work with 5 different cafes/restaurants for our part time jobs while studying? For video editing and social media management and consulting. In total I'll only work 20 hrs per week. Is it do-able? Pls tell.
Could u please make a video on how to find a part-time job like what the websites, apps, and even how to write a C.V, especially for students who don't speak German
Good idea, noted :)
@@maxyoko danke 🥰
Hi! I noticed that you mentioned Myers-Briggs Type Indicator or 16 Personalities Test a couple of times in your videos. Did you passed it? What type are you?
Yess ISTJ-T was my result :)
What about you?
@@maxyoko I'm INFP-T :)
I know that this test is controversial, but I found out a lot about myself thanks to this.
I'm planning to go to Berlin and I'm also a software developer (Flutter) but I'm worried if I'm not going to find a job even as a junior since I only have 2 years of experience. What is all about layoffs in companies?
There are currently a lot of layoffs in tech. but if you're skilled it's not gonna be an issue
IT jobs are in high demand in Germany and even if you get laid off by big tech, you'll be able to find a job in a smaller company
I dont feel like this video gives a realistic outlook about the student job landscape. Tutors, at least at my uni are payed 12€ per hour. Also me already having work experience as a trained software developer had a tough time finding companies willing to pay more than the average salary which is 15-18€ per hour. It is true that there might be exceptions and companies in bigger cities might offer higher salaries, however especially talking of munich one has to consider that the cost of living in those cities is a lot higher. So one only gets to seriously benefit from those salaries if one is working from remote. The numbers named in the video seem like rather rare exceptions. Also be ready to work usually at least 15 hours a week next to studying.
Thanks for your feedback!
Interested in where you got those wages from, especially for Consulting I can not confirm those numbers. My source is myself and various friends working in this field. A minimum of 20€/h is definitely too high and especially for Bachelor students!
Yeah it's not true. If you work for a big consultancy, you get like 15-20 Euro / hour. I used to work for KPMG myself and got only 15. You can have higher earnings per hour if you are a freelance consultant or do projects with a student consultancy.
5:01 I'm hearing the opposite of this. There are saying that you will be end up competing with Germans since it's their first job to go for.
Its very hard to get into tech as a working student, haven’t had any luck so far, I’ve done interships and I have working experience as well but nothing, so it’s a little missinforming saying that its very easy to find jobs in IT
Juniors have it really hard right now.
how do you go about securing a software development assistant position? and how far during your studies should be ?
Hmm so first building up extremely good skills in the field and then networking with the right people. I think it makes sense to start after the third semester
You can start to work/apply in your second semester already.
I waited until the 5th semester but realised that you can start way earlier. Most companies don’t expect you to be a perfect software engineer when you are still studying.
A friend of mine started working in the field from the 2nd semester onwards, just apply for a few jobs.
Good Luck!
Can u upload a video of schedule of regular classes? Like at what time they start and on daily basis how kuch lectures u have for muxh amount of time

Bro tell us which are the courses that are in demand in germany right now and till the 2050s ? Means which can lead us to the good job packages and pr
Everything IT-related is hot and in demand. Also, everything that has to do with people cannot be replaced by AI very soon
Brother I got 71.8% in my 12th pcb ....what are the chances of taking admission in MBBS program after nursing education? What are the chances of admission in University Heidelberg, Phillipps University, Humboldt University...??
Hey Max. I am very experienced in editing software like CANVA, FILMORA, VYOND and ADOBE PREMIER PRO. But I am unable to find student jobs in berlin for that. Can ypu help me out or let me know a job portal that offers such jobs?
I'm going to make a video about finding part-time jobs in Germany soon. Considering your skillets, you could consider working for a creative agency
Brother please tell me right now I am in 12th class in India and planning to go Germany in 2025 after doing studienkolleg. I already have some coding, Video editing, photo editing, ethical hacking related skills........ will I get a high paying part time job in Germany ?
Is it possible for an undergrad student to get an internship (does not matter if it's paid or unpaid) at a company that is directly related to the field that they are studying in? For example, I'm planning to major in civil engineering and to get an internship at a construction company. How likely is it?
Yess it's absolutely possible. I'm currently studying Bachelors here and this year we have a mandatory internship for 5 months
At the moment we're applying to a bunch of companies
as a mechanical engineer who's studying master in Germany , can i work a part-time job as a student in my field and get paid well ?

How about as a Photographer in Germany? Is that still in demand like videographers?
Hi I am currently studying in Ravensburg, Germany and looking for a part time job that I can do online on my spare time. Do you know any? thank you!
A lot of jobs related to computer science and video editing can be done from home. Same goes for digital design :)
Heyy can you do a video on the program you are doing and what its about
yess :)
It's not true about the paying price for IT working student jobs. Normally it's paid around 13-15 at most.
It is. Of course, the average pay is something between 14 and 18 Euros. But in big cities like Munich, with special skills and the right company, there is a huge earning potential. In this video, I was talking about the uncommon but extremely well-paying cases
I’m a photographer and filmmaker from Spain looking to move to Germany. I got caught by you saying video skills are always on demand but I have been applying to so many jobs on LinkedIn with not luck at all. I want to move asap, and have the money saved for my ticket, but I’m too afraid I to move with no job. I only speak English and Spanish btw. Any advice for me?
Then simply Go for German language
What a wordpress developer can earn?Is it a good skill to learn?

Hi Max! Are those figures considered net or gross?
gross :)
But you won't be paying income tax if you stay under 11604 Euros

Skilled and tech jobs are not easy to find owing to recessionn in Germany... So do your research well before moving to Germany.

Someone told me international student teaching children at home is freelancing and not permitted
what are the language requirements for these lucrative jobs?
For field research, it's definitely German but for the other jobs, it's German/English. But it's always really beneficial to be able to speak some German
I have completed Integrated MCA & planning to pursue a masters from Germany.. How can I get a part time job in an IT company? Will I get a part time job in IT company?
Can you please say some tips 🙏
It will be very helpful 🙌
To get a job in Germany (and also anywhere else in the world):
Know the right people (networking is important)
Be skilled at what you do
Frequently look for job posts on the internet or offline (e.g. on university job boards)
Can we manage this jobs , along with studies of masters in Engineering
If you're disciplined and have good time management, yes definitely!

I think permanent residency @maxyoko
@@maxyoko it means permanent residence
Are students legally allowed to freelance though?
If you're in Germany on a student visa, you need to get special permission for it
@@maxyoko ohk thnx👍
Good video, but false information on consulting pay. You will not get more than 20 euro per hour. The big companies pay 15-20 euro (either 15 than 20). I used to work for KPMG myself and got only 15. But, you can get higher earnings when you work as a freelance consultant or do projects as part of a student consultancy.
Thank you ^^
Big companies usually pay pretty bad wages. I know two cases where students got paid 25 and 30€ (both were in the final stages of their master's degree tho).
Are student allowed to freelance though?
❤
I open CZcams only to watch your videos
Nice, really appreciate it 🫶
I don't think that this video gives a realistic outlook about the student job landscape. Tutors, at least at my uni (TUM) are payed 12€ per hour. Yes, this video is not intended to give a generalized overview :)
These are just some of the highest salaries that I have experienced and observed
is cyber security is good scope in germnay in future ??
Yes, I think so! Not only in Germany but also worldwide
1. Tutoring - 17€ - 30€
2. Consulting - 20+€
3. IT Job - 25+€
4. Field Interviewer/Researcher - 18€ - 25€
5. Video Editor - 20€ - 30€
