Dude, same. They haven't once made a reference to something about the liars as a box item. Chad mentioned a taco, Miles described essentially a Sonic looking figure, etc. Any person in this show that has projected something that pertained to them into their box has been lying. Which is interesting, because I think that whoever designs the things that go in the box should take a cue from that, and personalize the items a bit more.
I knew Alfredo was lying as soon as he mentioned the sign, because if there was a sign in the box he probably wouldn't be able to read it as it would be facing away from him for the cameras/contestant when the box is opened
@@Greendogblue not true at all. There have been other instances where the sign was readable for the deceiver.
@@AugmentedSmurf It felt like Chris was the one that was acting the most suspicious, so I felt like he was telling the truth. He kept stumbling over his words, and was describing things in the weirdest way possible.
What I got out of this is that they need to have a reality TV show centred around Chris' life... because it just sounds like it's be the funniest thing in the world!
It blows my mind how amazingly Gavin Mr Magoo's his way through this game, and gets it right every time.
When Chris brought in the second chapstick... I almost died
The being beaten by branches/reeds is a very European thing in a sauna, so that definitely was the most believable. Also neither Alfredo nor Blaine said they were actually struck.
I've seen a similar "massage" happen in a movie where they smack your back with tree branches with leaves on them. The main character caught it after the first few blows and started smacking the massager. Couldn't forget it so I knew it was Chris.
Regardless of how ridiculous Chris' story sounded, I knew it HAD to be the truth because both Alfredo and Blaine said they were chased while Chris said he was hit.

The only bad thing about this show is that I gotta wait 3 months for another episode.
enjoyed this whole season, it'll be a long 3 months! jeremy is a very charismatic host and seeing a mix of deceivers and contestants was fun.

In “Just the Facts” Chris was the only deceiver to ACTUALLY say he was BEATEN with sticks. It was a good giveaway, Alfredo and Blaine said they were only chased by old men with sticks.
These 3 games are definitely my favorite ones; guessing an item’s function is less fun and an audience gimme, and guessing the social media post just isn’t as fun. But this episode is *chef’s kiss*

He takes joy in his fitness. It is a point of pride for him. I dont understand it, but all power to him. He's such a sweet and awkward nerd so I love the dichotomy there.
The face Blaine makes at 8:41 when Gavin asks "Did you get some?" is absolutely amazing.
I really liked this show. I think Jeremy did a great job as a host, he's able to cut the contestants off at what feels like an appropriate time. I liked all the games, my favorite is probably whats in the box, just because of how bizarre the items are.
How is Gavin so good at this game? I can't believe he's done so well on both of his appearances.

It would have be funny if Blaine whipped out his own beverage just to throw Gavin off
But instead of a drink, he whips out a whole chicken and just eats it for a solid 30 seconds.

Seasons are 2 months. 8 weeks total, so an episode each week. But it felt so soon.

The honey branch story has me in tears with laughter. Chris is a national treasure
They should have single-use lifeline things like in Who Wants To Be a Millionaire where like they could ask for one more question after questioning has ended, they can ask for the opinion of someone else not playing, etc. But they can only use it once.

I haven't gotten to the answer of the last game yet, but I think it is Chris based solely on the fact that he was the only one that actually got hit in his story.

Wondering why they couldn’t have Ryan on to lie, then saw Gavin was the contestant.
After so many years of “Ryan do you have,” Gavin has learned quite well when Ryan is having a laugh or telling the truth.
chris is the best deceiver to have on the show. he makes it the game more interesting

All three of the deceivers were amazing. Alfredo's bit was hilarious and I honestly couldn't tell one way or the other about his mugging story.
Honestly I'm shit at telling when someone's lying, but Alfredo's duck envy man is so on flavor for the San Francisco type of weirdness that I can't help but feel he's telling the truth
Gav putting that nose of his to good use and sniffing out those lies. I feel like we need to see another episode like this with the best of the best at the end of next season. Season 1 champs vs Season 2 champs.

It was obvious that Chris was beaten with branches. Blaine and Alfredo both looked up and to the right, which is typically a tell for imagining something, not recalling.
I want a Chump card game to play with my friends.
Oh my god that last round was an amazing conclusion to both the episode and the season! Can't wait for more Chump :)
