This has really nothing to do with cutting on a vinyl cutter but my questions is how did you get your windows to have those squares where your individual files are loaded?
got my redsail in 2013, i was mocked in the 'pro groups', here we are in 2021 its survived covid..... once i stood it upright (on its side) on my desk, then knocked it, it fell over in what seemed to be slow motion, it hit my mouse and keyboard, both shattered, the cutter then rolled off the desk and went with another big smash on the floor... i picked it up, the sled/knife assembly was just swingin on its belt, i clipped it back on, turned it on, it lived, i tried a cut, cut fine, didn't have to adjust a thing....
I inherited a complete sign business, even though i know how to weed, premask, and lay lettering, I’m not as good setting up the computer programs. I have an R series Ii And a new much faster plotter that cost $3100 from sign warehouse in late 2019. Used at my brothers home based business until he died suddenly in sept 2020. There’s tons of programs and 2 older computers. About 50 rolls of vinyl. What’s the best way to figure out the programs?
Nice vid.. Helpful for a starter me.. Looks so easy now.. Now maybe I will just need more clarification on the different settings for different materials to be plotted in my red sail plotter.😊
so i purchased a vinyl cutter r series II from some lady but didnt come with the software she assured me i can download it online i just seen the price to try to purchase which is way over my budget is there any other softwares thats not so much i can purchased bummed sign cut pro didnt work as i was using inkscape to mess around with my drawings easy cut i tried the demo it didnt even let me test out my cutter! very annoying. pleaser help!
Did you ever get your problem fixed bcuz mine is sending the job but the cutter is not responding? Don’t know if it’s the firewall settings or not but I’m operating off windows 10 pro

I've had 2 or 3 of those redsail 720 plotters. They don't hold up for very long.
