Ok this is genius. The layering of rub and butter to create a crust as it melts down into fish until a char crust forms is the magic here. Definitely need good ventilation at the crib to handle or just a nice outdoor spot. Could also use a bbq grill with the cast iron in which the cast iron is key. Thank you for this video man.
