Also there can be small pies (pirogi) with different fillings and many other things! Your recipe is mind-blowing, next year gonna prepare something like that, thx!

Not pork chops! Not ham! Not just any pork! JOWLS! And traditionally we take all our money that's in our billfolds and go hide it somewhere outside the house and then go get it after midnight so we know we'll have money next year! I don't know why. Just tradition. Love this channel!

For new year's my grandma would always boil up a big pot of polenta and take out all her dishes and start pouring it out into them. We'd each take a dish and top it with either or all of: tomato sauce, bacalla, and cabbage. We would always have a contest to see who could eat the biggest plate. We are brothers in cabbage!

You can use the 2 step on just about anything, it's great with less salt.
