As a Floridian who visits Busch gardens basically on a monthly basis, I hope you had a great time because honestly theme parks make up 90% of the fun things about Florida.
Lol I live in Tampa, for fun you have to either go to the beach, a spring/ river, or spend money and go to an amusement park or movies or something lol it’s sooo boring here bro

If you go on New Years, it's open till 1am. Riding Cheetah Hunt back to back at 12:45am at 45degrees had my eyes tearing the whole way! 😂

I feel absolutely blessed having had the opportunity to visit the park two weeks ago. I live in the Netherlands and it was my first trip to the States. Sheikra and Falcon's Fury were down. But I did get to marathon Iron Gwazi and Cheetah Hunt=D I hope I can make it back there soon!

Had a laugh on cheetah hunt is an overstatement...a boring chuckle is more accurate...I still love Montu though. With so much room they could have done something amazing with all that space they wasted on kitty pounce

this theme park is not only really secure and sturdy.
but it’s so fun, that me and my family left here at 9:00 am, and left at 9:00 pm.

I’ve been there SO MANY TIMES and I can’t wait to go again! I haven’t gone since Iron Gwazi opened up, in fact, last time I was there, Iron Gwazi wasn’t even open, so I’m really anticipating the next time I go!!

I went here for my first theme park gwazi was closed then the last time I went I went on it and I never looked at a rollercoaster the same I'm no longer afraid

Busch gardens is my favorite park although I am terrified of roller coasters I love it there I go on rides like air grover the log flume was really fun but if the line is long I get claustrophobic and the other water ride ( I forgot what it was called) is super fun
((I also went on wild surge aka I kids version of falcons fury and got scared to death oh and also on cobras curse I almost passed out on I was also to scared to even scream my head off))

Its always awesome to hit busch gardens at night. Its especially crazy if they keep the animals out and the nocturnal ones start waking up. That is when you start hearing sounds you normally do not get to hear. Male lions roaring for example. You normally rarely ever hear it but its quite the thing to see in person. Other species will do call outs that you normally never hear. Then there is the night time feedings like the hyenas which act like dogs as the trainers toss them meat balls for dinner. Another tip of advice, try wearing 3d glasses for the lights tunnel. The resulting effect can be quite amazing with some pairs of 3d glasses. You can also see other effects like the mist effects from shekra wave hitting the lights resulting in colored mist effects. Its also a good time to hit places like the smoke house as typically if there is no one left they get really generous with the meat as they don't want to throw it away so you can get some really good brisket portions compared to when they are busy. Reminds me I need to do another summer nights trip soon. I have yet to see their fireworks for summer nights this year but that will likely be next week as part of july 4. This week Im going for sea world and their fireworks.

I feel your pain with riding water rides on cold days. I rode Congo River Rapids in January when I was 4 and I hated water rides for years after that.
Missed out if you didn't catch a ride on the original B&M sit down looping coaster that's running better than it ever did at 30 years old, Kumba.

I rode every coaster other than air Grover i rode the rapids ride and the Serengeti flyers when I went
That's why you ride the log flume either right before you leave or the hottest time that you are at the park.

I went on one of those on my school field trip and I went to the purple one it was so scary because my friend named Genesis made me gone that like I said no no no no I don't want to go but she bring me into this and now me and Genesis faded but did I woke up and I woke up hurt it was like so scary

Honestly Iron Gwazi is a top 2 ride for me, I think I still prefer Velocicoaster by a hair.
i live in Tampa Fl and I hope you had a grate time but from lots of personal experiences on this ride, I feel it is very uncomfortable really it is because it’s only a lap bar and it kind of hurts at the drop. The rest of it is pretty cool, but it really hurts to write it and even though it has metal tracks it still feels like riding a wooden coaster coaster, actually used to be made of wood and would give people headaches so but I’m glad you enjoyed it

I went two weeks ago, and the log flume line was about 136 feet long.
You would get in trouble by Valencia PD if you tried to tailgate at Six Flags Magic Mountain lol

Cheetah hunt was the first coaster Iv ever been on :) got me to love them but my mom lost her phone on iron gwazi but that’s cause NOBODY LISTENS TO ME 😭 I told her to put it in the pouch (nah I’m fine) we are getting passes after my mom and dads trip to Las Vegas for her friends wedding

Yes!!! I live here and we go like every couple weeks! Definitely worth it! Still havnt time on every coaster yet!
Yes it is! Just- dont be disappointed by long wait times for the rides.
Let me give you some advice. Monty usually ahs the shortest wait time among all of the rides- unless Cobras Curse is closed. Cobras Curse is right by Montu and the preferred ride among groups so Montu usually is not filled at all. If Cobras Cirse is closed, people are forced to settle and Montu ends up with a wait time of 60-70. I went two days ago and yes the situation I just mentioned happened. Usually Montu has like anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes.
Food is moderately expensive but there are a frigid cheaper spots if you know where to look.
Animals are cool. Park has been Certified and given a high grade with no controversy unlike its sister park, Sea world.
