@@user-co3zd8ku6f всё просто, всё в прикидку.м2-ные.отсюда размеры-ширина,высота. При пошиве-припуск пузом. Ну чтобы вроде профиля крыла.матириал -бязь.и... бабушкина швейная машинка! Это что-то! Швов напутал...! И всё таки она застрочила! И результат-хожу даже в лавировку. Каков угол сказать не могу,но в заданную точку добраюсь.

After my first ever ply/epoxy build a 17ft kayak using copper wire ties and now my 14ft boat build using plastic ties, the copper ties are a lot better. Nice work mate

Stitch and glue: the easiest and cheapest way to build a boat (very little waste also), great for beginners to build their confidence. I built my first at 12 yo.Someone with average skills can build one in 2-3 weekends. Some team building seminars use this method for their week long company team building, its fun and satisfying.
I build the wood and canvas canoes but helped a group build 6 or 7 of these stitch-and-glue kit boats in Calgary, Canada. Nice boats that went together quite easily. Unfortunately one fellow took his brand new boat (first use!!!) into a river and punctured the hull on a rock amidships. He stopped by my shop to ask advice and it looked like a major repair job as the water penetrated inner and outer layers of glass and soaked a lot of the wood well beyond the original impact spot. The only way I could see to repair would be to tear the whole section apart, try to get and install a matching piece of laminate and reapply the glass on both sides. These are lovely boats but you need to keep the glass and epoxy in good shape otherwise your laminate will wick up water and you will have a fibreglass/epoxy sandwich filled with soggy wood to deal with. Wood/canvas canoes are much easier to work with. That said, any canoe is a great canoe...Paddle On!!

Heißt das, dass man die neue Epoxyschicht schon aufbringen soll, bevor die alte gehärtet ist, bzw., wenn das nicht geht, die alte Epoxyschicht erst einmal geschliffen werden muss? Danke für die Antwort.
Nele ,.......bin zwar kein Spezialist , aber ich sag mal : Vorstreichen wie gesehen . Dann nach dem ersten Anstrich mit dem Finger testen wie klebrig der erste Lack angezogen hat . Das Gefühl sollte sein ,.....klebt unter leichtem Druck an . Dann den 2ten Lack auftragen und zwar immer in der gleichen Reihenfolge . Fängst du am Bug Steuerbord an ,........arbeitest du dich bis Heck Backbord nach hinten durch . Immer mit dem Fingertest . Aber nur vorsichtig , hinterlässt "Fingerabdrücke " ! Nass in Nass . Das schleifen nach dem Trocknen für einen weiteren Anstrich ( Lasur ) dient der Griffigkeit des neuen Lacks auf dem zuvorigem , da der ansonsten zu glatt wäre für ne Haftung . Ist ähnlich wie beim Fahrradreifen vulkanisieren ( flicken ).
Ich sah das schon in anderen Videos. Je nach Lack hast du eine Toleranzzeit zum Überstreichen. Bei manchen Lacken beträgt sie wohl bis zu 48 Stunden. Danach ist er so trocken und verhärtet, dass du ihn anschleifen musst, damit die nächste Schicht hält.

Wenn beim Aufsetzen der Bug- und Heckverstärkungen ( ab 12:30 ) der Verstärkungstreifen diagonal zum Webmuster geschnitten wird, kann man ihn in einem Stück schneiden und sauber über die Kante ziehen.

Наберите y.t. ,,схематический чертёж индейского каноэ,, Там их много,разных. И даже есть развёртки-перпечатайте,увеличьте и можно строить Или для начала-копия,1к10. Очень помогает в дальнейшем.А так-же есть координаты обводов корпуса,шпангоутов ипр. По ним всё можно вычертить.

Nice Video, a little side note: working with thickened epoxy, bonding surfaces and especially end grain should be pre pregnated.
