    Simply not eating before you go to sleep for atleast a few hours is known to have amazing health benefits. Not everyone wants to change their diet. Not everyone has the will power to eat healthy. So doing this will guarantee you more benefits in helping to get rid of some health issues, without even having to change your diet.

    I do this. I go to bed early, so I stop eating at 2 in the afternoon and I'm in bed by 6. It has amazing benefits.

    I used to do one hearty vegan meal and fast 20 - 23 hours a day, one of the best things I done, especially effective in autumn/winter time but I missed having "living" food and fruits and it although I felt content with herbal teas and eating once a day, I missed fruit too much and how "alive" they made me feel. So when spring/summer came, I returned to one to two, sometimes 3 fruit meals a day, feel way better than I did with OMAD. I still fast for at least 16 - 20 hours a day and my fruit meals are within a 4 - 6 hour window. I occasionally eat steamed veggies, pumpkin, the occasional cacao brew and sometimes even potatoes once in a while, especially in winter "living in the city" these days I allow my being to be ~flexible~ and be gentle and love and accept all parts of myself, this has given me greater health than strict-fruit/rawness and by allowing my being to (transition) at its own pace, I am finding it easier to experience greater health and peacefully leave all cooked food behind, because I ultimately agree, nothing feels more better than fruit and "living" foods.

    Absolutely this is a great idea! I try to have at least 3 hours or so before I go to bed.

    Yes it's Amazing benefits.During the week I only give myself a two hour eating window from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

    I am exactly the opposite. Every time I did that, I woke up at 3 am, being extremely hungry.
    But I eat only fruits, so might be different. For me eating a piece of fruit before bed helps me sleep way better

      This may mean you have adrenal issues. Basically needing the stimulation to unhook the adrenal downshift limbo back to an upshift so that it can go into a proper downshift. Might find a similar effect with sunlight, exercise, or blue light before bed (all bad things for most people but can help people with that adrenal issue).

    I’ve been doing this most of my life and on the days when i didn’t do this, I definitely felt like crap the next day.

    you are right. I stop eating at 5 pm. I go to bed at 9. I feel so better. The problem is when I have social invitations for dinner. I do not know how to manage that. People feel so odd that I do not drink alcohol and i am a vegan.

    I feel better when i dont eat. Or drink. Then I'm not getting up..going to the bathroom in the night

    Thank you! I was listening the whole day info about Intermittent fasting, how it works and how to do it. My question was if I can still have the lemon water in the morning… but maybe I just get it through a colander before drinking it. I’ll definitely try to get 3-4 hrs of no food before bed. Healing from several chronic & autoimmune, also fatigue, so let’s see how this goes! 🌿🙏🏼🌞

    I try not to eat the next dat till 11am, I get home from work later then normal so I eat about 730 pm ish. I try to eat lighter at night. With lots of salad , no carbs and meat. But not always
