List of Ingredients for Salisbury Meatballs and Mushroom Gravy
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup tomato sauce
3 cups beef broth
2 1/2 tbs minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp season salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp mustard
1 tbs unsalted butter
1 tsp worsterchire sauce
pinch of oregano
1 small onion chopped
1 small onion sliced
8 oz sliced mushrooms
3 tbs corn starch
3 tbs water
4 tbs vegetable oil

i love Salisbury steak and you can use this recipe to form patties instead of meatballs. I chose this because it makes it easier on my mom to eat them. they were small and tender enough for her and won't need to have to cut into a patty with her hands. she has carpal tunnel on both and finds it difficult now to grab things. they were also fun to eat for my husband and myself. my mom ate all her serving and she's a super picky eater. hubby took leftover meatballs for his lunch
