They may be onto something great. This type of transport looks so harmless. Collisions with in kind vehicles will be much less destructive to objects and to pedestrians than other kinds. I wonder what a collision test result will be like to the rider at a city street speed limit of say 50km / hour, then compare that collision test to that of a traditional motorcycle.

    • @woolunderwear2522

If this does become a popular mode of transportation it’s most likely people will still continue to traditional cars and motorcycle so being completely unprotected in this inflatable vehicle and being hit by a car still needs to be considered, but I still want one lol.

Looking at this, it seems incredible that it's the first time somebody has made something for the huge chunk of the population that find themselves between being able to walk some days or finding it too painful on others. There are so many disabilities where people have chronic joint, muscle or other pains which cause them to not be able to walk but are also sporadic and come on with little warning. Imagine being out doing your shopping etc and then suddenly finding yourself unable to walk, you just get your inflatable scooter out and use it for the rest of the trip.

Now that I've seen this, why not create inflatable cars and boats etc?
Seems like a very clean way to evolve transportation, not to mention very safe (because it's air). It even eliminates the need for parking.
It's perfect for in cities/towns. Imagine a whole clean city with not a car in sight? All cars are parked outside the city in a big parking lot underground where they switch to their inflatable transportation.
Kids could literally play in the streets again, so to say.

Before you start thinking about inflatable planes it's called a blimp and all we know is to never ever ever use hydrogen gas to float one. It works for a while, but bad things happens.
