Took about 15 minutes to make this tonight. We had no veg stock so used chicken. Tasted like the inside of a chicken and mushroom pie! I’ve been looking for more veggie recipes though so will be trying again with veg stock soon

Thank you! You can find oatmilk in refrigerated aisle by dairy product. I personally like Oatley brand, it has mild flavor and tastes good in sauces.

what are the best substitutions for heavy cream and oatmeal cream?
You can try sour cream but it will not taste the same. If you don’t want to add heavy cream or oatmeal cream, it’s better to skip the step.
We used milk tonight. Worked great
