Number one is location. This suburb is located about 20 to 25 minutes northwest of downtown Tampa. It's only 20 minutes to Tampa International Airport. It's a short, 30 minute drive to Honeymoon Island State Park, and only 40 minutes away from the white sandy beaches of Clearwater.
Number two is this access to great jobs. You've got Raytheon close by the University of South Florida, the University of Tampa. The medical system is fantastic with Tampa General Hospital, Moffitt Cancer Center. You've got Bay Hair, health Systems and Advent Healthcare system right in their backyard.

Hi thanks for the update. Any idea if communities will be built, with one or two bedroom houses for 55+ singles/retirees?

There are a lot of 55+ communities. Studios, and 1 bedroom condo/townhouses are very rare unless the community is older.
