I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with a growing communities and businesses and a good nightlife.❤

I really like the Westchase area but not ready to buy because the market still seems to be way overpriced. We are selling our house in Kansas and moving to Florida but planning renting for about a year until the housing and interest corrects. The rents are also crazy high for what you get but at least we won’t be upside down when the market crashes. Seeing some rentals in market for a month. Time to lower rent!

Live in the Waterchase area of Westchase for 2 yrs now best location reminds me of Westchester County NY but the only thing is missing is good restaurants they have a few but not as much as other areas of Tampa

@@Ishbu101 I took care off my momma, too. Looking out for her there last decade and the last 4ish years of her life I bright her to live with me. That in itself stops life as one knows it in its tracks. You’re parents are so blessed to have you to target care of them.
