Love Tampa, Crystal Lagoon is my Favorite 🤩
The lagoon communities are great options, but westchase holds the crown in a different way and appeals to different crowds. Different strokes for different folks I guess. Thank you for the comment.

@@TampaFloridaLiving No. It's very nice for a 20-30 year old, but we are looking for a more quieter suburban place for us and our 2 year old! Fresh out of college, sign me up! Today not so much 😃
@Twobarpsi yeah that makes sense. I will say it has a tom of families also. Not necessarily an older crowd, but i can understand wanting the newer parks etc as you have mentioned in other posts
Is there any good places to rent?? I am moving me and my one year old ( who will be 2 by the time we move ) from Covington, Kentucky to Tampa and buying a house is no where near in my budget! I can only dream about buying a house but do you know of any places that are good to rent that won’t break the bank?
I will be moving by April of next year!
Unfortunately, I don’t know any good options for rent as most realtors don’t work directly with rentals. I always suggest starting to Google or maybe apartments.com. Something similar to that as a starting point.

Location and easy access to everything in the city. Restaurants, a rated schools, walkability and access to our interstates and downtown.
If you like outdated houses this is the place for you
Thats what renovation is for. Get it how you like it. Otherwise buy somewhere else. There are tons of communities.
