I'd suggest waiting until August to do a Two Rivers video because that's when Pulte is about to start selling in there. We are eagerly awaiting the pricing details.

Get ready for lawncare and pool service prices to go up! Especially in Pinellas. Demographics alone are going to inflate the services prices over the next 20 years. Skilled trades are going to continue to rise as well.

Totally agree on skilled trades. Thanks for sharing.

Only upside for us is we’re coming from the Dallas suburbs and our house here is paid off, so we’re looking at a “like for like” scenario. Thinking about Dunedin/Palm Harbor. Coming out next month for vacation/location scouting - looking forward to it!

hi i had a question, im in miami but i wanted to know. what areas or zip codes do you consider safe to move to in tampa? thank you .

I do property management all over Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. Safety is subjective to everyone. So I definitely recommend making a few trips and drive around before making a decision. This is really an ultra personal decision.

@@jaredhigginbotham7055 I understand, I’d like to know if you had a $550k budget , what zip codes would you live in ?

@@SkyNetGeneral-I’m a redneck, I prefer the country. With $550k I’d buy land in San Antonio FL and build the barndominum of my dreams.
I’ve also got two small children… so I’d need a 3-4 bedroom home. I live in Seminole Heights (since 2013) I couldn’t afford to live here if I had to buy at today’s prices.

This is one of the most expensive areas I ever lived in. You will struggle here even with a six figure salary. Tampa is a bottomless pit. I would advise anyone with common sense to not move to Tampa!

Or Tampa Bay is awesome, and it wasn't for you.

Not everyone will suffer in Tampa. I was there this past week. Gas is 20-25 cents cheaper than in upstate NY where I live. Most items at the grocery store were cheaper...only a few items were the same or higher.
