    Thank u so much . U explained nicely so everyone can understand easily. For knee pain while doing exercise I could nt bend n walk properly I feel pain in knee. For that purpose what shall I do. Exercise is doing both morning n evening. Sometime there is swelling in knee also. If u suggest me i am grateful 2 u. May God bless u 4 a long life n keep happy n healthy. Thank u . 🙏🙏🙏

    I am 73 years old i have no problem though to remain fit will do exercise I walk 7 to 6 thounds steps every day

    I have got my left knee replaced three months ago. In the other knee also the gap is very less and as per Dr. it may also require TKR. Can I do the exercises suggested by you for both the knees. Can the TKR of other knee be avoided. Pl guide
