Wow....my memories from this song are playing it over and over (on vinyl) in 1982 while rebuilding a 1966 Volkswagen bug on summer break. Love this song!
Hey brother. I'm an American who went to high school in the Philippines in the 80s. You are so right. They always played this song on the Power Station in Manilla. It was one of my favorites, along with The Smiths and The Cure.
@@Liquid_Alchemy No. I went to the Ateneo De Manila for Grade School and High School, San Beda for College. I moved back to the States in '96 (I just dated myself :-p)
Walang kupas... Pero mas magandang magkaroon tayong mga NEW WAVERS,,ng (Ambulance Party)sa darating pang panahon?!.... Calling all,,,Long tall Howard, Harry Nollan,,Shaldy the Baby Monster??!!!..
.I was making a statement based on having watched the footage....I was NOT exactly around the listen to this stuff then. Not my 'cup of tea'....not sure what all the wailing in the song is all about.....oh well...everyone is entitled to an opinion. Take care.
Can somebody freaking re-release this damn song already? One of the greatest forgotten songs of the 80s.
This drummer is freaking on point tight as hell!!! Tubs sound fantastic!!

Hi, I must have been at that gig. Your band must have been so memorable that you forgot to mention their name. Where is your band now?

"This sucks more than anything else has ever sucked before"
i get that reference UWU
sort of off doe...
KROQ days...
Their first mistake was not letting Hogarth have all the lead vocal duties. He's a much better singer, and a more exciting frontman!
Is that mr. Hogarth on keyboards...?! I hardly recognize him, haha
This is a lot cooler to watch than their over the top gay video

This song is way better without the video.
H looks like hes rolling on something. The drummer is fantastic!
Anyone who likes the sound but can't stand the weird parts should listen to Talk Talk's first two albums. The songwriting is far superior.
What no funny costumes? I love gimmicks
