    This video describes the exercises for treatment of Mid Back Pain, Causes of Mid Back Pain in Hindi language. Mid back pain affects the thoracic region of spine and leads to pain and stiffness in the mid back region. Common causes of mid back pain involves sedentary lifestyle, spending too much time on computer and mobile phone, arthritis, weak postural muscles, reduced thoracic mobility and so on. Mid back pain can easily be treated with the help of simple stretching, strengthening and mobility exercises which helps to target the muscles as well as hypomobile thoracic spine.

    My backpain reduced from 100% to 70% after doing 1 set of each
    Update: after performing 2nd set of each exercise after 1 hour of 1st set, my middle back pain reduced to 60%
    Next day morning without exercise: backpain reduced to 30%

      Cervical straightening means normally there is lordosis (curve) which is affected, muscle spasms means muscles are tensed to protect the neck area, physiotherapy works well In such cases, you can directly contact a physio👍🏻

    Hello sir,mere dono solder ke bich me spine me pain hota hai ye ,jab bhi chalta hu ya bethta hu tb pain hone lagta hai,or piche mudker dekhne me or jayda pain hota hai ,5 month se ho Raha hai lekin pehle km tha ab 15-20 dino se tej ho Raha hai , please reply

    Mera chota bhai 4,5 din gym gya uski age 15 years hai
    Uski chest me dardh hota hai or mid back pain bhi hota hai
    Or chakkar aane lgte hai
    D.r ke dikhaya to ecg normal hai
    But fir bhi pain hota hai
    Koi solution hai kya

    Hlo sir,I am also facing upper back pain siince 10 days while I pulling rope from 100m .now during sleeping after 3 to 4 hours ,pain started in my upper back then I don't sleep can you sujjest me what to do?
