Hey there, I know you meant this in an entirely positive way, but this is just a quick hint that calling people with disabilities things like "gifted" is actually annoying or even offensive to many of them. Disabled people are aware that they are disabled and pretending that they're not can come across as disrespectful. There are many youtubers with disabilities who have addressed this in their videos. Footless Joe comes to mind. She has a video called "Phrases I never want to hear again" where she doesn't mention "gifted" specifically but it's a nice overview of what kind of language is actually not appreciated by her personally.
Makes me rethink the things I often complain about. For her to live with what she does and keep that beautiful smile on her face shows how strong of a woman she is.

Thanks for sharing. One of my friends has a hard time getting up from a sitting position no matter what she sits in. I use my walker a lot but she doesn't have one. I also have to get down on hands and knees to get out of the tub. I am going to share the tip about scooting forward in the seat and then pushing up and hope it helps my friend. She doesn't want to get all the way on the ground.

Safety bars don’t have to be limited to bathrooms. I tried near basement stairs, those last two were a bear. Now handrail on the left, safety bar on the right, much better.

Unfortanetely we humans don't live in a world like that.we humans in majority of lifetime,breathe hellfire!!time after time.when people are too busy.they will forget you.and the next day person that needs special needs from the other person.apologizes the next day.thats not enough to heal.the suffereing person on the 2nd day or after.is probably in more worse condition than in the beginning a cry for help.being busy is the buggest excuse coming out of a human mouth.make time.if you have no time.human life is limited not many people know that!i used to thought more the merrier.today...more people equals more problems.we had enough,we don't need it.the human population is like water.our world represents a very small cup.an overflow in the cup is a big problem.we don't need that many people in life.maybe 10,000 in census count is enough to keep the world in shape,only 10,000 in the this whole entire world.it will cut down diseases and competition.so we can actual make a living.not chasing a FUCKING survival in this life.life is still a journey...only some can enjoy it.not everybody.because they are the chosen ones favoritiscally.when people ask me to enjoy life.i am flattered to rockbottom.

My son has CP too! He'll be five in November, and he just started to be able to stand up from the ground without holding on to anything. He's only been walking unassisted for 4 or 5 months. It's amazing!

My Daughters best friend from kindergarten Has cerebral Paulsy. Still best friends at 32. She’s the hardest working girls I’ve ever seen. So successful. Her speech is very affected and she really hard to understand unless you know her. She’s so sweet and caring and never complains about anythjng. I usually tear up after having long conversations with her and watching her interact with her daughter. She’s just such a trooper. I’ve met other people with CP and they ALL have the same determined, non complaining attitude.
I have a very different take on life as if a person is alive and can walk and talk, they're good no matter what as there's always someone worse off in life and that's how I've lived my whole life. That all changed 4 years ago as I now have a nephew who wasn't even supposed to survive birth. He was in the hospital for an entire year before they sent him home as he needed 24/7 nursing care. He was born with a missing chromosome so he'll probably never be able to walk, eat or talk and has a machine to help him breath. He can now breath on his own but only up to 8 hours a day but, he's getting stronger and stronger everyday he's alive. Children with his condition have a 10% chance of making it to one years old and only a 1% chance of making it to ten. We take it day by day with him.

And positivity? She’s complaining about her couch, probably in the hope that someone who sees this will get her a new one. This video is basically a ‘look at poor me. Showing survival skills and techniques! Many people don't realize the struggles of the handicapped! I have done 72 hour experiments! One time I was blinded by a guy who hit me in the face with a plant that secreted toxic sap. It injured my eyes and I was blinded for 3 days. I saw how hard it was for the blind! Shopping, eating, dealing with steps and streets! After that I spent 3 days in a wheelchair as an experiment! It is very eye opening about the struggles they have to deal with! I love this girls strength and spirit! Beautiful! ❤😁👍
You are fortunate to be so mobile.🙏 Many with CP are completely unable to ambulate, use their hands, or even speak coherently. It's wonderful of you to educate the public. Your attitude is very positive. Being comfortable with your condition is important for mental health as well.
I have CP myself and am currently in a wheelchair most of the time. Please be careful with those tray tables because I know from experience that if you put too much pressure on them, they have a tendency to fall forward.

I was thinking the same thing. Those tables can also collapse if not fully opened. My parents have similar ones in their living room. I have physical challenges of my own from a spinal cord tumor. Also, you may want to look into some afo braces for better leg stability when standing and walking.
I was ran over on the job road construction. One of our drivers was drunk and flipped his rig over on its side. I got buried in hot asphalt. Its 500f. From the plant. Was buried up to my arm pits had to dig my self out. Had 1st 2nd 3rd degree burns on my back, and hands. Also had my spinal cord pinched at L5, L4,S1. Work comp totally screwed me on the back ingery. My right leg has permant nerv damage i fall alllot. Just fell last week and got a nasty concusion. The U.S. sucks i wish that we all could excape! Hope everyone is doing good!

You are fortunate to be so mobile.🙏 Many with CP are completely unable to ambulate, use their hands, or even speak coherently. It's wonderful of you to educate the public. Your attitude is very positive. Being comfortable with your condition is important for mental health as well.

I have CP myself and am currently in a wheelchair most of the time. Please be careful with those tray tables because I know from experience that if you put too much pressure on them, they have a tendency to fall forward.

I was thinking the same thing. Those tables can also collapse if not fully opened. My parents have similar ones in their living room. I have physical challenges of my own from a spinal cord tumor. Also, you may want to look into some afo braces for better leg stability when standing and walking.
I just made a similar comment, you’re right on point. I have a folding table/tray exactly like it, and they’re especially tippy on carpet.😉👍

Mine is from a bad car wreck
I was ran over on the job road construction. One of our drivers was drunk and flipped his rig over on its side. I got buried in hot asphalt. Its 500f. From the plant. Was buried up to my arm pits had to dig my self out. Had 1st 2nd 3rd degree burns on my back, and hands. Also had my spinal cord pinched at L5, L4,S1.
Work comp totally screwed me on the back ingery. My right leg has permant nerv damage i fall alllot. Just fell last week and got a nasty concusion.
The U.S. sucks i wish that we all could excape! Hope everyone is doing good!
