Chandler started as a lowly door to door sales rep and worked his way up to being a regional sales manager that manages over 500 sales reps. Had someone from your competition last week come to the house. was using a hoverboard like device to get around. I was able to tell him "no" , but I was able to sell him on buying multi's and giving him a ton of info on real estate investing. I do my own pest control since I have several properties and it would be way too expensive to have it serviced by someone.
Also, the kid that was there definitely needed your training. What a dead/dull sales pitch.
Man Im very thankful my sales days are over. but there is nothing like getting the "yes". great job.

You’re selling for a direct competitor of who i work for but i worked sales for years and the hours needed put to me to the technician side as my boys were born. Listening to you speak and train is great and hitting points that’s sales guys knows. I’m in Portland and the sales lead for our team is Skyler which you probably know but it’s similar to how natural and smooth you are.
You should bring someone in ur D2D to chat about how the work is with you . Also great video , really love how legit and honest content you make .

Maybe… depends on your neighborhood. We have people knocking on our doors multiple times a week. It’s fine at first, but gets annoying very quick. And from what I’ve experienced the sales people are WAYYY more pushy towards women. So yeah, the door to door experience here is now old.
