It was not mixed
never , I repeat; *NEVER* throw corn flour/custard powder straight into a full gallon of hot milk! It will form sour Clumps which taste nasty.
Mix it in a table spoon or 2 of warm milk before pouring into the mixture. .
True, I made that mistake and got lumps. It could had been better if that was mentioned in the video. On top of that, I couldn't make chocolate ganache properly. The chocolate chips didn't melt and I ended up putting it in mixer....but it didn't come out well. Recipe is good, but few more points need to mentioned for beginners like me.

Be careful while adding custard powder.. the lumps were a disaster for me.. add them to a little warm milk first and then to the rest of the milk.. but the dish tastes really yum.. a must try
