They do a quick drive through the town centre and into the Golden Mile with a short stop at Lomas de Marbella Club as well as a visit to the Puente Romano tennis club and a beachside stroll by the Puente Romano and the iconic Marbella Club Hotel and its famous jetty.

Hi Patrick - thanks for your comment - much appreciated. I just think that if you´re spending €4m or €5m on a beautiful home in an affluent area, you don´t want to become a ´sitting duck´ for professional criminals. There is no big problem here in Marbella with property crime, but crime exists everywhere, and the rich pickings are obviously more attractive. It´s a very personal choice. I have some clients who haven´t ever given the issue of security any thought, and others who are paranoid. Hope this helps!
