Our sincerest thanks to Dr .S P Balu for initiating such a fabulous program , in the memory of the greatest Musician of our film industry , R D Burman ! He was rightly addressed as Magical Pancham , as he created such wonders in the music industry ! Gulzar ji gave some beautiful anecdotes of his association with Panchamda , fond memories of those bygone days ! Spoke with such warmth and feelings , touched our hearts also ! A great tribute to this wonderful musician , by all these very talented artists ! Thanks for sharing this beautiful presentation and enjoyable program !

Bala Subramanium , Chitra aur Sudesh Bhonsle ne to kamaal kar diya , itne piyaare gaye sabhi gaane , ekdam original jaise hi lag rahe thei ! S P Shailaja ne bhi bahut acha gaya . Mantra mugad hokar poora program dekha aur behad khushi huei dekhkar aur sunkar !

Aakhir waale gaane ne to samaa baand diya , Mehfil rangeen kar di , Musicians ne bhi kamaal kar diya , kya dhol bajaye , Jai jai Shiv Shankar , jitna joshila gaana utne hi josh se pesh kiya , singers aur musicians ne usei , bahut mazaa ayaa . Everytime i listen to his music and songs that pain is always there, why did he have to leave so early, and reminds me of what latadidi said "he died too young and too unhappy"; the industry was cruel to a genius, just bcoz he slowed down a little for a while.
