I love how bombastic this song is, with my favorite parts being the part with the birds chirping at about 1:45, that whole middle section with the guitar, the buildup from 2:39-2:54, and then the crescendo right after. Like, Weather Channel music didn't have to try this hard, but I'm glad they did.
Don't think it goes back that far (like me) but this is classic new age, jazz fusion sound from the '80's. I love it.

Finally I found this one 😭😭 when I was a teen I always thought of this track as a cut song from one of the Dragonball Z Budokai games

this one scares me, I live in northwest alabama. remind me of the April 27, 2011 storms. I looked on radar seeing all these storms over the northern half of the state while this was playing. for some reason this song fits that day
Same man. I am american but we live in germany. I am 15 now. My grandfather lived outside of Pittsburgh PA. I really miss the time. I came to his house to watch the wheaterchannel. I really miss him. He passed away in 2013. But the memories will stay forever

Holy hell that guitar solo at 1:46. The birds chirping, heavy synth strings, absolute ear euphoria. Sounds like something out of Lorenzen's Soil in Earthworm Jim 2.

Wow! Always my opinion the greatest of all weatherscan music. All weatherscan music are great in there own way, this track has so many musical changes, written thought, and theory, its like a composition! It is also just amazing to listen too! Not to mention the emotional value as well with the changing chord structure... sorry musician speaking...

Out of all the tracks that played on the weather channel growing up in the mid-late 2000s, this song is one that I remember the most.

Reminds me of Memorial Day Thursday in 2013. It was warm 85F and severe thunderstorms. The next day we took a camping trip and it was 40s and windy. Stupid Dumb Cold Front xD.

I’ve been listening to this song on CZcams for about a year now, and all I have to say is thank you. I used to love weatherscan when the 2017 hurricanes came, I was literally obsessed with the music so much that it drove my parents insane. Listening to this gives me nostalgia, and I’m so thankful for someone uploading it. Also, I do know that they used to play some instrumental versions of songs by a band known as “Phish” during hurricanes sometimes. This song however, is the greatest. #bringbackweatherscan

This takes me back to the days of being a kid in Orlando and watching the Weatherscan Channel. (I used to be obsessed with weather. Really scared cause of the hurricanes in 2004) This was easily my favorite track and THE ONLY reason I watched that channel. Haven't heard this song in YEARS, so happy to find it!
