there are 2 cable in the photo, one is read and another one is black, how to connect?

The black cable is the antenna going out of the window, this is not connected to the radio directly. The red one is a double sided crocodile clip, this is connected to the black cable on the one side and to the telescopic on the other to the radio. Visit Part 3 where the whole image is visible.
